    You walk us through two projects in depth. We dig into decisions, trade-offs, and what you’d do differently.

    Paid Working Session

    A short, paid project mirroring real work. No take-homes — we collaborate the way we actually collaborate.

    Crew Day

    A half-day with three teammates across disciplines. Whiteboarding, lunch, candid Q&A — both ways.

    Offer & Onboarding

    A transparent offer, a 30-60-90 plan written before you start, and a buddy from day one.
